By accessing or using the Sabal Signal feedback service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Sabal Signal provides a feedback collection service that allows restaurant customers to share their dining experience. The service includes:

  • A feedback form to rate and comment on your visit
  • SMS follow-up communications related to your feedback
  • Optional invitations to leave public reviews
  • Promotional communications (with your consent)

3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use your own phone number and not impersonate others
  • Not submit fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Not attempt to exploit the incentive system

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and consent:

  • You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided
  • You consent to receive automated SMS messages from us
  • You understand that message and data rates may apply
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP

Message frequency: You may receive up to 4 messages per month, including feedback follow-ups and promotional messages.

5. Incentives and Rewards

Restaurants may offer incentives for providing feedback. These incentives:

  • Are provided for submitting private feedback only
  • Are not contingent on leaving a public review
  • Are subject to the restaurant's terms and conditions
  • May be limited to one per customer within a specified time period
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless specified

6. Public Reviews

If we invite you to leave a public review, please note:

  • Reviews are completely optional and voluntary
  • No incentive is provided for leaving public reviews
  • Reviews should be honest and based on your actual experience
  • Reviews are subject to the terms of the review platform (e.g., Google)

7. Intellectual Property

The Sabal Signal service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Sabal Signal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sabal Signal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to issues with incentive redemption, SMS delivery, or restaurant response.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
